Cyberpunk 2077 got patch 2.21, added NVIDIA DLSS 4 and got even more technologically advanced

Cyberpunk 2077 receives a significant update (2.21) from CD Projekt RED, incorporating cutting-edge NVIDIA technology and numerous bug fixes.

A key addition is DLSS 4 support, boosting frame rates for GeForce RTX 50 series graphics card users. This enhancement will be available from January 30th. DLSS 4 also improves frame generation speed on RTX 40 and 50 series cards while optimizing memory usage.

For all GeForce RTX cards, users can now choose between the convolutional neural network and the new transform model for DLSS Ray Reconstruction, DLSS Super Resolution, and DLAA. The transform model delivers superior lighting, detail, and image stability.

This update also addresses several issues: in-game screen glitches and crashes associated with DLSS ray reconstruction have been resolved; the "Frame Creation" parameter now functions correctly after disabling resolution scaling; communication problems with certain vendors have been fixed; missing or low volume TV news audio has been corrected; Johnny's infrequent passenger seat appearances have been addressed; item disappearance when hiding NPCs has been resolved; and a game freeze occurring when simultaneously entering photo mode and accessing a closet or stash has been eliminated.

Photo Mode enhancements include the ability to include Nibbles and Adam Smasher in shots even when Vee is in the air or water, along with improvements to Adam Smasher's facial expression animation.
