How It Works

Simply display your electronic ticket on your smartphone to transport inspectors or drivers when requested.

Your e-ticket remains valid until you reach the final destination and can be viewed in the "Active Tickets" section. Past trips are accessible under "Trip History".

Troubleshooting Payment Issues

Payments may fail if:

• Using a corporate mobile number
• Outstanding trust payments exist
• No balance top-ups since SIM activation
• Initial balance remains unused
• SIM card was changed within last 24 hours

Virtual Transport Cards

Passengers can create free virtual transport cards:

• Self-service registration for standard and school cards
• Special discounted cards require office verification with documents

Top up your virtual card:

• Directly through our app
• Via banking apps (Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank Homebank, etc.)
