RuneScape unveils an exciting 2024-2025 roadmap! Jagex recently shared a detailed preview of upcoming content in their latest "RuneScape Ahead" video. Let's explore what's in store for players.

Key Updates & New Content

A highly anticipated Group Ironman mode arrives later this year, allowing up to five friends to collaborate without external assistance.

Autumn brings "The Gate of Elidinis," a challenging new skilling boss encounter within the Sanctum of Rebirth, tied to an upcoming major story quest.

Multiple story quests are planned throughout 2024 and 2025, including a winter release revisiting classic storylines and a desert-based finale culminating in a boss fight against Amascut, the Devourer.

Significant skilling updates are on the horizon: Woodcutting & Fletching receive a revamp with new skill trees and weapons this year, while RuneCrafting and Crafting updates to level 110 are slated for 2025.

Seasonal events return! "Harvest Hollow" debuts later this year with a new quest, spooky rewards, and themed activities. The popular "Christmas Village" event will also make a comeback.

Beyond 2024

A major new area expansion is planned for late 2025, along with highly requested features including new combat achievements, a fourth Necromancy conjure ability, and a new Slayer monster.
