Slothwerks, the independent studio responsible for the Meteorfall series, has returned with a fresh card-battling experience. Pre-registration is now open on Android for Meteorfall: Rustbowl Rumble. Following Meteorfall (2017) and Meteorfall: Krumit’s Tale (2019), this marks the third installment in the franchise, with a launch scheduled for next month.

What’s the Setting?

This is a roguelike deckbuilder featuring rapid-fire matches where victory relies on bending rules rather than following them strictly. You will deploy cards to entertain a savage audience while commanding a squad of three heroes selected from eight unique characters, each with their own distinct deck.

The game boasts over 200 cards that can be customized mid-run through layered upgrades. Wild Cards allow you to defy standard engagement rules, and performing impressive feats during battles grants you valuable buffs.

Between combats, you will explore Bramble Town, making critical decisions such as upgrading your deck, training your squad, or simply wandering to absorb the game's eccentric atmosphere.
