Honkai Impact 3rd Version 7.8 Drops Soon With New Battlesuits And Events!

HoYoVerse is making a splash with back-to-back announcements! Following the preview of Honkai: Star Rail version 2.6, details for Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.8, titled "Planetary Rewind," have been revealed. Launching October 17th, this update brings new battlesuits, events, and abundant rewards.

New Battlesuit: Lone Planetfarer

Vita receives a new MECH-type Lightning DMG battlesuit, Lone Planetfarer. This battlesuit features a striking peacock feather-adorned Drive Core and two distinct forms. Lone Traveler utilizes a feathered loop for elegant attacks, transforming into Planet Quaker upon activating the Ultimate, unleashing powerful laser beams. The Astral Ring Specialization: Rite of Oblivion adds another layer of protection. The Divine Key Waxing Moon and its PRI-ARM variant, Divine Key Waxing Moon: Incipience, are also introduced.

Main Story: The First and Last War

The main storyline, "The First and Last War," transports players back a century to Langqiu during the Ten Shus War. Vita, Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie are central figures in this chapter, which offers rewards including Crystals, Source Prisms, Seele's event stigma, and a brand-new outfit for Dreamweaver.

Returning favorites include HOHO Vacation Tickets, and Elysian Realm now permanently features LITE Combat. A special celebratory event starting October 11th provides free Equipment Supply Cards and Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupons upon login.
