Fallout Season 2 Begins Filming in November
Amazon Prime's Fallout TV series gears up for season two! Filming begins this November, following the successful debut of season one earlier this year.
Season Two's Cast and Story
While the complete cast hasn't been officially confirmed, Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson) has confirmed her return, hinting at exciting developments for her character. It's widely anticipated that Ella Purnell and Walton Goggins will reprise their roles as well. Uggams teased, "Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned."
The narrative will reportedly continue to explore the machinations of Vault-Tec and resolve the cliffhanger from season one. A release date is estimated for sometime in 2026, but this remains unconfirmed. The production timeline mirrors that of season one, which filmed in July 2022 and premiered in April 2023.
Heading to New Vegas
Prepare for a trip to New Vegas! Producer Graham Wagner revealed that Fallout: New Vegas' iconic antagonist, Robert House, will be a key player in season two. His involvement was subtly foreshadowed in season one flashbacks.
Showrunner Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy (Westworld) have indicated that season two will expand upon established storylines and explore previously untold narratives, focusing on Vault-Tec executives, the origins of the Great War, and character backstories. Expect more flashbacks and significant character development.
