Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches December 4th on mobile platforms. This update serves as the final chapter before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus, the Eternal Land, as hinted by Black Swan.

Farewell to Penacony, Hello to New Characters!

Version 2.7 concludes the Penaconian arc. Before departing, the crew reconnects with familiar faces, sharing poignant moments and culminating in a memorable Grand Theater performance featuring two new characters: Sunday and Fugue.

Sunday, the former head of the Oak Family, aided by the mischievous Wonweek, delivers a spectacular final act. This 5-star Imaginary character boasts an Ultimate ability focused on energy regeneration, bestowing the "Beatified" buff upon a teammate and their summon.

Fugue, previously known as Tingyun, makes her return following the harrowing events of Version 1.2. Rescued by Madam Ruan Mei, she emerges as a 5-star Fire character specializing in shattering enemy Toughness with her fiery Ultimate attack.

Version 2.7's warp events feature the return of General Jing Yuan (first half) and Firefly (second half).
