Customers can register via the app or with assistance from UNO Minda representatives, subject to approval based on the terms and conditions. Enrollment is finalized only after approval.

Once enrolled, mechanics, retailers, and end consumers can use the app to access benefits tailored to their respective categories.

Retailers:

Retailers can submit 'Retailer Loyalty Coupons', view the E-Catalogue, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their behalf, and place orders using the 'UNO Star' app.

Mechanics:

Mechanics receive loyalty benefits and can redeem coupon points on selected UNO Minda products featuring the UNO Star coupon. They can also browse the E-Catalogue.

Consumers:

Consumers can explore the E-Catalogue within the app to learn about UNO Minda products and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
