Royal Petrol Gas Station Loyalty Program

The company Royal Petrol LLP owns and operates fuel station networks under the Royal Petrol and Continent brand names.

Program - A loyalty initiative for regular and new customers of the Royal Petrol gas station network and Continent mini markets. Through this program, the company rewards members for their purchases by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), offering special discounts, and presenting personalized promotions designed with participant interests in mind.

Rules - These terms and conditions governing the loyalty program for members.

Participant - An individual aged 14 or older, who is legally permitted to undertake minor everyday transactions and is registered in the Program according to the Rules. Participants must possess a valid individual identification number as required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) - Information provided by an individual seeking to join the Program during registration. By completing the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily gives the Company explicit consent to process their personal data (as per the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection"). Processing methods include, but are not limited to, organizing and executing promotional and informational communications via email, instant messengers, SMS, phone, and mail, as well as automated and computerized data processing, including database creation. This consent remains effective until formally revoked in writing by the Program Participant.

Virtual Card - An electronic Card generated within the Mobile Application, which does not have a physical form.

Mobile application – Royal Petrol software developed for iOS and Android platforms, intended for use on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. The Company holds ownership of the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) - Reward units granted by the Company when a Participant buys goods at Royal Petrol gas stations under Program terms. Each Bonus point is equivalent to 1 tenge. Bonuses are redeemable solely for purchasing goods within the Royal Petrol station network.

Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) – A record in the Program Database containing registration and informational data about the number of Bonuses earned/spent and the Participant's current balance.
