Wuthering Waves Unveils Stellar Cast for V2.1 Launch

Wuthering Waves reveals Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-star Rinascita characters arriving in Version 2.1. This exciting news follows the successful launch of Version 2.0, which introduced Carlotta and Roccia. Further additions, including Zani, are anticipated.

Based on in-game lore, Phoebe is speculated to be a Spectro unit, while Brant may wield a sword. Both characters are expected to play pivotal roles in future updates.

The Version 2.0 update, featuring a new story chapter and the introduction of Rinascita, also expanded explorable areas. Carlotta, a 5-star Glacio DPS using pistols, is currently featured in a banner alongside Zhezhi until January 23rd. Roccia, a Havoc unit, will conclude the 2.0 banner cycle.

Developer Kuro Games confirmed Phoebe and Brant's arrival via official Twitter announcements. Phoebe is likely to debut in Phase 1 of Version 2.1, with Brant following in Phase 2. While their weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, their in-game appearances suggest Phoebe's Spectro nature and Brant's swordsmanship. Zani is the only remaining unannounced Rinascita character.

Additional characters are rumored for the 2.0 cycle, though official confirmation is pending. Version 2.0 is slated to conclude around mid-February, bringing with it a premium skin for Jinhsi and a free Sanhua skin obtainable through an upcoming event starting January 23rd. The arrival of Phoebe and Brant adds further anticipation for the upcoming content.
