Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is back in the main exhibition hall at Tokyo Game Show 2024, its first full appearance in four years. The official exhibitor list confirms SIE's presence among 731 companies occupying 3190 booths across Halls 1-8. While Sony participated in TGS 2023, their presence was limited to the indie game demo area. This year, they rejoin major publishers like Capcom and Konami in the main exhibition.

Sony's exact plans remain undisclosed. A State of Play presentation in May showcased several 2024 releases, many of which will have launched by the time of TGS. Furthermore, Sony's recent financial reports indicate no plans for major new franchise releases before April 2025.
