Killer11 or Killer7: Beyond?

During the presentation, which primarily showcased the upcoming Shadows of the Damned remaster, the conversation turned to future projects. Killer7, a 2005 action-adventure game for GameCube and PlayStation 2, is known for its unique blend of horror, mystery, and Suda51's signature over-the-top style. The game follows Harman Smith, a man capable of manifesting seven distinct personalities, each with unique skills and weaponry. Despite its cult following, a sequel has remained elusive. Even after the 2018 PC remaster, Suda51 expressed interest in revisiting his original vision.

Suda51 proposed a "Complete Edition" of Killer7, an idea Mikami playfully dismissed. However, the discussion revealed that the original game concept included extensive dialogue for the character Coyote, which could be incorporated into such a release.

The mere suggestion of a sequel or complete edition ignited fervent fan excitement. While nothing is confirmed, the developers' enthusiasm has fueled anticipation for the future of Killer7.

The decision, as Suda51 put it, now rests on which project takes precedence: "Killer7: Beyond" or the "Complete Edition."
