You also have the option to buy individual Tarot cards directly from the Shop. Another way to get Tarot cards is by discarding a card with a Purple Seal.

Using Tarot Cards

Tarot cards in *Balatro* are consumable items. Once you obtain a Tarot card, you can use it immediately by selecting it from the top right corner of the screen. Upon selecting a Tarot card, you’ll see a set of cards it can affect. Choose the number of cards indicated by the Tarot card, confirm your selection, and watch as the Tarot card’s effects are applied to your chosen cards.
