Lies of P's captivating world expands with a prequel DLC: Overture.

Revealed during Sony's State of Play 2025 presentation, Lies of P: Overture launches Summer 2025 on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms. A gameplay trailer showcasing its features is available.

Building upon the critically acclaimed, Bloodborne-esque action RPG, Lies of P (IGN rated 8/10), Overture delves into the origins of the "Puppet Frenzy," unveiling events preceding the main game. The trailer hints at new environments, formidable bosses, and a mysterious guide.

Lies of P: Overture – A Deeper Dive

Overture serves as a dramatic prequel, transporting players to Krat, a city in its twilight glory during the late 19th-century Belle Époque. On the precipice of the Puppet Frenzy, players assume the role of Geppetto's puppet, guided by a Legendary Stalker, uncovering hidden narratives and confronting chilling secrets.

Round8 Studio's Jiwon Choi, game director, stated, "We knew the end of Lies of P was just the beginning. Overture lets us fully explore our universe's past and present."

Publisher Neowiz previously hinted at this DLC and confirmed plans for a sequel. Lies of P achieved remarkable success, selling over one million copies within a month of its September 18, 2023 launch across multiple platforms.
