Pokémon GO Tour: Unova Event Brings Black and White Kyurem

Get ready, Pokémon GO trainers! The highly anticipated Black and White Kyurem are finally arriving in Pokémon GO as part of the global GO Tour: Unova event, taking place March 1st and 2nd, from 10 AM to 6 PM local time.

This legendary duo, fan favorites from the Pokémon Black and White games, will be available in raids. Even better, shiny versions of both Black and White Kyurem will be catchable! The event also features special event backgrounds inspired by the classic Pokémon Black and White games.

More Than Just Raids:

The excitement doesn't stop at catching Kyurem. Similar to last year's Necrozma fusion, players can fuse Black Kyurem with Zekrom (requiring 1,000 Volt Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Zekrom Candy) or White Kyurem with Reshiram (using 1,000 Blaze Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Reshiram Candy). These fusions unlock unique attacks – Freeze Shock for Black Kyurem's fusion and Ice Burn for White Kyurem's fusion. The fusion is reversible at no cost. Fusion energy is earned by defeating Kyurem in raids.

Exclusive Event Rewards:

Completing these fusions also unlocks special event backgrounds themed after Pokémon Black and White. Unlocking both fusions grants an additional, unique background.
