Naraka: Bladepoint's Third Anniversary Celebration Welcomes Lara Croft

Get ready for a thrilling adventure! The martial arts-infused battle royale, Naraka: Bladepoint, is celebrating its third anniversary this August with a spectacular lineup of new content, including a highly anticipated collaboration with the iconic Tomb Raider franchise. A recent livestream revealed exciting details, showcasing the upcoming additions to the game.

The Tomb Raider crossover will bring the legendary Lara Croft into the world of Naraka: Bladepoint. Since her debut in 1996, Lara Croft has become a globally recognized video game icon, starring in numerous games, comics, and even an upcoming Netflix animated series. Her inclusion in Naraka: Bladepoint marks another exciting chapter in her already impressive history of crossovers, joining previous appearances in titles like Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, Fortnite, and Final Fantasy XV.

Lara's signature look will be available as a skin for the agile assassin Matari, also known as the Silver Crow, a popular character in Naraka: Bladepoint. While a sneak peek of the skin is yet to be revealed, based on past collaborations, players can expect a comprehensive cosmetic set including a new outfit, hairstyle, and various accessories.

A Year of Updates for Naraka: Bladepoint

The third-anniversary celebration is just the beginning of a big year for Naraka: Bladepoint. Alongside the Tomb Raider event, players can look forward to a brand-new map, Perdoria, launching on July 2nd. This marks the game's first new map in almost two years and promises unique challenges, secrets, and gameplay mechanics unlike anything seen before. Further collaborations are also planned, including a partnership with CD Projekt Red's The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, slated for release later this year.

While the exciting new content is sure to generate plenty of buzz, the developers also announced that support for the Xbox One will be ending by the end of August. However, players can rest assured that all progress and purchased cosmetics will remain linked to their Xbox accounts, allowing for seamless transition to Xbox Series X/S or PC via the Xbox platform.
