Infinity Nikki: A Comprehensive Guide to Ability Outfits

Infinity Nikki, the isekai, open-world gacha RPG, begins with Nikki's isekai journey, initiated by a magical dress. This dress grants access to Ability Outfits, enabling Nikki to explore Miraland, purify Dark Essence and Esselings, and interact with the game world.

Ability Outfits are unlocked via Sketches, requiring crafted or gacha-obtained clothing. Each ability features a basic Ability Outfit unlocked through the Heart of Infinity skill tree. However, premium outfits are exclusively available via Resonance Banners—Infinity Nikki's gacha system.

Currently, 17 Ability Outfits exist. The following details each outfit's unlock method and banner availability (if applicable):

Unlocking Ability Outfits

Floating Outfit

• Function: Briefly float after jumping. Activate by long-tapping, then tapping jump again.
• Unlock:
  • Bubbly Voyage: Obtained during the "Prologue: Embark on an Unknown Journey" mission using 1 Whimstar (automatically given). Can be crafted with 8 Lampchili and 26 Thread of Purity. Evolves into Bubbly Voyage: Spring using 30,000 Bling, 100 Thread of Purity, and 7 Calm Thoughts, and duplicate clothing pieces.
  • Blooming Dreams: Requires obtaining all 10 clothing pieces from the limited-time "Blooming Fantasy" Resonance Banner (December 5-18, 2024). Cannot be obtained outside this banner. Evolves into Blooming Dreams: Phoenix by obtaining duplicates of all 10 pieces. Blooming Dreams: Tides and Glow are unlocked using Heartshine from the Deep Echoes banner.

Purification Outfit

• Function: Purifies Dark Essence and Esselings. Activate by clicking/tapping to attack.
• Unlock:
  • Wind of Purity: Obtained during "Prologue: Embark On an Unknown Journey" using 2 Whimstars. Can be crafted using 2 Buttoncone, 2 Daisy, 26 Thread of Purity, and 3 Woolfruit. Evolves into Wind of Purity: Dawn using 30,000 Bling, 100 Thread of Purity, and 7 Calm Thoughts, and duplicate clothing pieces.
  • Crystal Poems: Requires all 10 clothing pieces from the permanent "Distant Sea" banner. Crystal Poems: Snow and Spring can be unlocked using Heartshine from the Deep Echoes banner. Evolves into Crystal Poems: Blazing by obtaining duplicates of all 10 pieces.

Animal Grooming Outfit

• Function: Groom animals for materials. Activate by swapping outfits and pressing the ability button near a creature.
• Unlock:
  • Bye-Bye Dust: Obtained during Chapter 1's Land of Wishes quest using 2 Whimstars. Crafted using 4 Daisy and 24 Thread of Purity. Evolves into Bye-Bye Dust: Kitty using 30,000 Bling, 100 Thread of Purity, and 7 Calm Thoughts, and duplicate clothing pieces.
  • Breezy Tea Time: Requires all 10 clothing pieces from the permanent "Distant Sea" banner. Evolves into Breezy Tea Time: Siesta by obtaining duplicates of all 8 pieces.

Fishing Outfit

• Function: Fish in bodies of water. Activate by swapping outfits, finding a bubbling spot, tapping the ability button, and following on-screen prompts.
• Unlock:
  • Rippling Serenity: Obtained during Chapter 1's "Unexplained Coma Incidents" quest using 2 Whimstars. Crafted using 5 Daisy, 1 Floof Yarn, 1 Foodie Bee, and 72 Thread of Purity. Evolves into Rippling Serenity: Dream using 30,000 Bling, 100 Thread of Purity, and 7 Calm Thoughts, and duplicate clothing pieces.
  • Shark Mirage: Requires all 10 clothing pieces from the permanent "Distant Sea" banner. Evolves into Shark Mirage: Summer by obtaining duplicates of all 9 pieces.

Bug Catching Outfit

• Function: Catch bugs and insects. Activate by swapping outfits and tapping the ability button near an insect.
• Unlock:
  • Afternoon Shine: Obtained during Chapter 1's "Accident at the Clothing Store" quest using 2 Whimstars. Gather 2 Daisy, 1 Floof Yarn, 1 Starlit Plum, and 30 Thread of Purity. Evolves into Afternoon Shine: Rain using 30,000 Bling, 100 Thread of Purity, and 7 Calm Thoughts, and duplicate clothing pieces.
  • Forest's Fluttering: Requires all 10 clothing pieces from the permanent "Distant Sea" banner. Evolves into Forest’s Fluttering: Starry by obtaining duplicates of all 9 pieces.

Electrician Outfit

• Function: Identify and fix electrical problems by solving a grid puzzle. Activate by swapping outfits and tapping the ability button near a broken device.
• Unlock:
  • Fully Charged: Obtained during Chapter 1's "Power Outage Rescue" quest using 2 Whimstars. Gather 4 Daisy, 1 Floof Yarn, 1 Foodie Bee, 148 Thread of Purity, and 9000 Bling. Evolves into Fully Charged: Refreshing using 30,000 Bling, 100 Thread of Purity, and 7 Calm Thoughts, and duplicate clothing pieces.
  • Froggy Fashion: Requires all 10 clothing pieces from the limited-time "Croaker’s Whisper" Resonance Banner (December 18-29, 2024). Cannot be obtained outside this banner. Evolves into Froggy Fashion: Night by obtaining duplicates of all 10 pieces.

Floral Gliding Outfit

• Function: Glide from high places. Activate by swapping outfits, finding wind currents, jumping, tapping the ability button, and following the currents.
• Unlock:
  • Floral Memory: Obtained during Chapter 3's "Wish Collector’s Crisis" quest using 1 Whimstar and 10,000 Bling. Gather 1 Sunpetal Sheet, 2 Pearl Wings, 3 Foodie Bee, 3 Florascent Wool, 360 Thread of Purity, and 30,000 Bling. Evolves into Floral Memory: Gleam using 30,000 Bling, 100 Thread of Purity, and 7 Calm Thoughts, and duplicate clothing pieces.

Violinist Outfit

• Function: Play music by following on-screen notes. Activate by swapping outfits and tapping the ability button.
• Unlock:
  • Symphony of Strings: Obtained during Chapter 4's "Attention! Faewish Sprite Spotted" quest using 2 Wishstars. Gather 2.0kg Kerchief Fish, 4 Pearly Shell, 330 Thread of Purity, and 27,500 Bling. Evolves into Symphony of Strings: Woods using 30,000 Bling, 100 Thread of Purity, and 7 Calm Thoughts, and duplicate clothing pieces.

Shrinking Outfit

• Function: Shrink and ride Momo. Activate by swapping outfits and tapping the ability button.
• Unlock:
  • Starlet Burst: Obtained during Chapter 6's "Encounter in the Woods" quest using 2 Whimstars. Gather 1 Elastic Gel, 4 Lampbloom, 4 Starlit Plum, 600 Thread of Purity, and 48,000 Bling. Evolves into Starlet Burst: Glow using 30,000 Bling, 100 Thread of Purity, and 7 Calm Thoughts, and duplicate clothing pieces.

Whimsicality Outfit

• Function: Paint graffiti. Activate by swapping outfits and tapping the ability button.
• Unlock:
  • Flowing Colors: Requires all 10 clothing pieces from the limited-time "Butterfly Dream" Resonance Banner (December 5-18, 2024). Cannot be obtained outside this banner. Evolves into Flowing Colors: Dreamy by obtaining duplicates of all 9 pieces.
  • Dreamy Glimmer: Requires all 10 clothing pieces from the limited-time "Bubbling Affections" Resonance Banner (December 18-29, 2024). Cannot be obtained outside this banner. Evolves into Dreamy Glimmer: Melody by obtaining duplicates of all 9 pieces.

Stylish Outfits: These purely aesthetic outfits, obtained from Kilo the Cadenceborn in exchange for Dews of Inspiration, do not grant abilities but can be used for overworld traversal.
