Ghost Like A Pro As Among Us Drops New Roles In Its Latest Update!
Get ready for more excitement as Among Us rolls out its latest update, introducing three new roles that promise to shake up your gameplay. Alongside these new roles, Innersloth has also made significant changes to lobby settings and more. Dive in to discover all the fresh updates!
What Are The New Roles in Among Us?
The new roles include Tracker and Noisemaker for Crewmates, and Phantom for Impostors. The Tracker comes equipped with a unique ability to monitor another crewmate's location on the map for a limited time. This feature is perfect for catching impostors in their lies about their whereabouts, helping to keep your crew safe—or at least giving it your best shot.
The Noisemaker is another exciting addition for Crewmates. When a Noisemaker is eliminated by an impostor, they emit a loud alert, similar to a siren, and a visual signal appears on the screen indicating where they were taken out. This gives the rest of the crew a prime opportunity to rush to the scene and possibly catch the impostor red-handed.
Lastly, meet the Phantom, a new role for Impostors. The Phantom can activate invisibility after making a kill, allowing them to sneak away undetected. This can leave your fellow crewmates puzzled for quite some time. Make the most of your limited invisibility time, Phantom!
In addition to these new roles, Among Us has revamped its lobby interface. You can now easily view the room code, map details, the number of crewmates, and other game settings without any hassle. If you've ever been stuck in a ladder animation during a Mushroom Mixup in The Fungle, that issue has been resolved.
Shapeshifters will no longer be caught mid-transformation when meetings are called, and their timers are now functioning flawlessly. Plus, your pets, such as the Desolation of Skeld, will now appear in the actual game. Get a sneak peek of the latest update and the new roles in action here!
