TouchArcade Rating: Following the pre-installation release earlier this week, HoYoverse has launched the highly anticipated Genshin Impact (Free) version 5.0 update, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," across mobile, PC, and PlayStation platforms globally. This major update introduces the new nation of Natlan, accessible to players of all levels, along with exciting new characters like Mualani, and highly requested character reruns including Raiden Shogun. The first Genshin Impact 5.0 banner features Mualani, Kachina, and Kaedehara Kazuha, while banner 2 showcases Kinich and Raiden Shogun. For iOS users who pre-installed the update, gameplay should commence with minimal additional download; however, a short delay may occur while the game reorganizes existing resources upon login. New players can download Genshin Impact for free on the App Store (iOS) here and Google Play (Android) here. The PC version is available on the official website here and the Epic Games Store. iOS users with iOS 14.5 or iPadOS 14.5 and later can enjoy Genshin Impact using PS5 and Xbox Series X|S controllers.
