Cyberpunk Action Game 'Replaced' Delays to 2023

Thunderful Group's recent financial report reveals a significant delay for the cyberpunk platformer, Replaced. Initially slated for a 2022 release, the game, after multiple postponements (2023, then 2024), is now projected to launch in 2026.

Sad Cat Studios, the developers, previously attributed the delays to the game's unique development challenges, previously targeting a 2025 release. Despite the setbacks, the studio remains dedicated to delivering a high-quality product, acknowledging the anticipation surrounding the game.

First unveiled in 2021 during Microsoft's E3 presentation, Replaced has garnered considerable attention. While Sad Cat has yet to officially address this latest delay, they've provided intermittent updates, including combat footage and a mini-game showcase earlier this year.
