Zenless Zone Zero Reveals S-Rank Rerun Banners in Version 1.5

Zenless Zone Zero enthusiasts have reason to celebrate as the game announces the return of S-Rank agents Ellen Joe and Qingyi in the upcoming Version 1.5 update. In HoYoverse's action-packed title, characters are central to the gaming experience, often available for limited times to encourage players to use their resources or real money to secure them.

Unlike its counterparts Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero has traditionally focused on introducing new agents with each update, eschewing the rerun banners seen in other HoYoverse games. While many anticipated that the Version 1.4 update would introduce these much-awaited reruns, it was not to be. However, the wait is finally over as HoYoverse has officially confirmed the introduction of rerun banners in Zenless Zone Zero with Version 1.5.

Starting January 22, Version 1.5 will offer players a golden opportunity to obtain previously released S-Rank agents. The first phase will feature the Ether agent Astra Yao alongside a rerun banner for Ellen Joe, who debuted in Version 1.1. Excitingly, Ellen's Agent Story will also be added, enhancing the narrative experience for players. The second phase, launching on February 12, will introduce Evelyn Chevalier and bring back PubSec Agent Qingyi, who was originally available in the latter part of Version 1.1. Both reruns will include their signature W-Engines, allowing players to fully equip these characters.

In addition to the agent reruns, the Version 1.5 special program confirmed the introduction of three new character outfits: "Chandelier" for Astra, "On Campus" for Ellen, and "Cunning Cutie" for Nicole. Notably, Nicole's "Cunning Cutie" outfit will be available for free as part of the Day of Brilliant Wishes event, adding an extra layer of excitement to the update.
