WoW Unveils Second Exciting Timewalking Event

World of Warcraft's Extended Timewalking Extravaganza: Turbulent Timeways Returns!

World of Warcraft players are in for a treat! The Turbulent Timeways event is back, offering a whopping seven weeks of Timewalking campaigns, running until February 24th. Get ready for a whirlwind tour through WoW's history, earning fantastic rewards along the way.

This extended event builds upon the popular five-week run from September 2023. Players can once again earn Timewarped Badges, a significant experience buff (Mastery of Timeways), and complete quests and activities within each expansion's Timewalking campaign.

The Grand Timewalking Tour:

This year's Turbulent Timeways event features a chronological journey through WoW expansions:

• January 7-13: Mists of Pandaria
• January 14-20: Warlords of Draenor
• January 21-27: Legion
• January 28-February 3: Classic
• February 4-10: The Burning Crusade
• February 11-17: Wrath of the Lich King
• February 18-24: Cataclysm

Rewards Galore:

Complete the weekly Timewalking dungeon quest for a Cache of Nerubian Treasures, now rewarding Heroic gear during the event. Each expansion's Timewalking vendor boasts new permanent items, including Season of Discovery transmogs at the Classic vendor. Players who missed the Sandy Shalewing pet from the previous Turbulent Timeways event will have another chance to acquire it.

The Timely Buzzbee Awaits:

Achieve Mastery of Timeways for five out of the seven weeks, and you'll unlock the Mastery of the Turbulent Timeways 2 achievement, granting you the coveted Timely Buzzbee mount!

A Glimpse into the Future:

The Turbulent Timeways event's conclusion on February 24th hints at upcoming WoW developments. Considering Blizzard's typical release schedule and the holiday season, February 25th is a strong contender for the launch of Patch 11.1, "Undermined," ten weeks after Patch 11.0.7. With this event, the return of Plunderstorm, and the upcoming War Within update, World of Warcraft is setting the stage for an action-packed 2025. Prepare for an epic adventure!
