WoW Debuts Warbands Campsites

World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 introduces customizable character selection screens with collectible campsites! Four new campsites are available at launch, with more planned for future updates.

Key Features:

• Four New Campsites: Personalize your character selection screen with four unique campsite backgrounds: Ohn'ahran Overlook, Cultists' Quay, Freywold Spring, and Gallagio Grand Gallery. Each has a specific unlock method.
• Unlocking Campsites: Campsites are unlocked through various in-game achievements and activities. Details are outlined below.
• Collections Pane Access: Easily preview and unlock campsites within the Collections pane.
• Character Select Screen Customization: A dedicated tab on the character select screen allows players to choose their preferred campsite background or randomize their selection.

Campsite Details:

The Ohn’ahran Overlook is automatically awarded upon logging in after Patch 11.1. The remaining campsites are earned through completing specific achievements or progressing through seasonal content.

This new customization feature builds upon the Warbands system introduced in World of Warcraft: The War Within. Blizzard plans to continue expanding this feature with additional campsites in future updates, potentially including new content, older zones, holiday events, the Trading Post, and even the in-game shop.
