"New Visual Novel Explores Humanity's Sins in Deep Narrative"
Kemco has released an enthralling new visual novel titled Together We Live, exclusively for Android, immersing players in a compelling narrative set against a post-apocalyptic backdrop. This deep and introspective story, which delves into themes of human sins and the journey of atonement, is also available on Steam for PC enthusiasts.
A Girl Atoning for Humans’ Sins
The protagonist, Kyoya, embarks on a unique journey that begins in an unusual manner. Awakening in a dimly lit room, he discovers it's the year 4000—nearly 2000 years beyond his last memory. The Earth has transformed into a desolate wasteland, and the only other presence is a mysterious girl who answers his queries.
Though seemingly random, this girl carries a profound mission: to atone for humanity's sins through a relentless cycle of death and rebirth. She has endured this cycle countless times, each resurrection marking the beginning of another round of suffering. Witnessing her plight, Kyoya feels compelled to teach her about the concept of happiness.
The narrative's pacing may initially seem slow, but patience is rewarded as the story unfolds with surprising twists, turns, and previously overlooked details that become significant later on.
