A week after its initial reveal, Torchlight: Infinite's latest update has arrived, introducing the Sandlord season to the ARPG. This new season brings fresh mechanics, inviting you to develop and expand your Cloud Oasis empire to optimize resource gains.

Defeat enemies in the Netherrealm to collect valuable resources, then use them to unlock bonuses, establish trade routes, and secure economic rewards across five distinct professions.

The corrupted divine channeler Thea joins the battle, bringing her powerful Desecration skill—perfect for players who favor damage-over-time combat strategies. She’s further proof that sometimes embracing the dark side has its unique advantages (after all, they do say the Dark Side has cookies).

Meanwhile, the Deep Space region has been revamped to enhance gameplay. A new reward modifier called Probes can increase your loot, but be warned: monsters are now stronger, more aggressive, and pose greater risks. Sharp strategic thinking is essential to survive each run.

This update also introduces new Legendary Stages and the Sea of Rites, where defeating non-aggressive Goblins may summon a hidden boss. Additionally, the Sands of Fortune event runs until May 1st, offering new tasks and a chance to win from a $250,000 cash prize pool.
