"Survive Shifting Tombs, Alter Desert's Fate in RuneScape's Pharaoh’s Folly Quest"
RuneScape has just released an exciting Dev’s Diary for April, detailing the latest update titled "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly." This new quest is available from today until April 28th, where players must navigate the Shifting Tombs and alter the fate of the desert alongside Leela and Ozan.
Here’s the Full Scoop on the Pharaoh’s Folly in RuneScape
The tension in the Kharidian desert escalates as Menaphos descends into chaos. Following Osman's shocking betrayal of his own people, the city teeters on the brink of collapse. The populace is divided, and the sinister presence of Amascut looms in the shadows, signaling more peril ahead. Surviving the Shifting Tombs is just the start of the challenges you'll face.
Fortunately, you won’t be tackling this alone. Leela is back in action, and you’ll be joined by new allies, including some charming pets. Together, you’ll delve into the ancient secrets of Menaphos and unravel Osman’s true intentions.
Heading Back into the Heat Again
Completing Pharaoh’s Folly comes with rewarding benefits. Players can earn Thieving and Agility XP, the prestigious title "The Rabble-Rouser," and a new item called Leela’s Favour bracelet. This bracelet allows teleportation to various districts in Menaphos, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and all active soul obelisks.
The "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly" quest is not for novice adventurers. To embark on this journey, you'll need a Slayer level of 87, completion of the "Beneath Scabaras’ Sands" quest, and completion of specific tasks from the "Do No Evil" quest within Phite Club. Additionally, you must have constructed the necessary structures in the Fort Forinthry storyline. Once these criteria are met, you can meet Leela outside Menaphos' gates and attempt to save the city from its dire fate. If you're ready, download RuneScape from the Google Play Store and dive into the "Return to the Desert" adventure!
