The Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault has announced its eight finalists, solidifying its status as one of the most significant eSports tournaments around. With an astounding 515,000 players from 221 countries participating in 9.5 million Tennis Clash matches, the competition to reach the Final Stage was fierce. Now, the stage is set for an unforgettable event.

Reigning champion Alessandro Bianco and first Open Qualifier winner Hizir Balkanci will be joined by Anyndia Lestari, Omer Feder, Adjua Thembisa Boucher, Eugen Mosdir, Bartu Yildirim, and Samuel Sanin Ortiz. These finalists will clash on May 24th at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum, promising a thrilling showdown.

This year's tournament format is set to electrify fans. The eight finalists will be divided into two teams, each led by a tennis legend. Gilles Simon, former ATP world Number 6 and a finalist last year, will captain one team, while former Wimbledon Champion Marion Bartoli will lead the other.

The teams will compete in a series of matches, with winners advancing to the Winner Bracket. However, the excitement doesn't end there; eliminated players will have a second chance in the Loser Bracket, where teams disband, and only one player will emerge as the Roland-Garros eSeries champion.

To keep viewers engaged, the event will feature Samuel Etienne, a renowned French personality and Twitch streamer with over 1 million followers. He will be joined by eSports expert Quento and former Tennis Clash number 1, Benny (aka GP365). The tournament will immerse participants in the Roland-Garros spirit, complete with a replica of the iconic Philippe-Chatrier court and custom outfits. Esteemed French umpire Aurélie Tourte will officiate what is sure to be a series of exciting matches.

250 spectators will witness the action live in the auditorium, and the event will also be broadcast on Samuel Etienne’s Twitch channel and the Roland-Garros YouTube channel at 4pm CEST. Viewers can watch every match and enjoy interactive segments, with special guests engaging in passionate discussions and having fun around the worlds of tennis and eTennis.
