Rauora Joins Rainbow Six Siege Lineup

Ubisoft unveiled the newest Rainbow Six Siege operator, Rauora, at the Six Invitational. This New Zealand attack operator boasts a unique gadget: the DOM launcher.

The DOM launcher is a bulletproof shield deployable only in doorways. A crucial tactical element, it features a trigger that can be activated by friend or foe, with a one-second activation time for attackers and a three-second delay for defenders. This time difference could prove decisive, especially when the defuser is planted.

Rauora also brings a new weapon to the game: the Reaper MK2, a fully automatic pistol with a red dot sight and high-capacity magazine. She can also equip the M249 LMG or the 417 marksman rifle.

Rauora will be playable on the test servers within the next week, with a later release date for the live game.
