PS5 owners will be able to play both Gran Turismo and Forza Horizon

The long-standing console wars and the exclusivity of major titles have fueled countless debates. A central question has always been: Forza (Xbox) or Gran Turismo (PlayStation)? Previously, owning both consoles was a luxury, but that's changing. PlayStation gamers will soon have the chance to experience Forza firsthand.

Forza Horizon 5 is officially coming to the PS5! The announcement was made via social media, and a dedicated PlayStation Store page is live. The release is slated for Spring 2025, though a precise launch date remains unannounced.

Panic Button is leading the PS5 port development, with Turn 10 Studios and Playground Games providing support. The PS5 version will offer feature parity with other platforms and full cross-platform play.

Furthermore, a free content update, "Horizon Realms," is in the works for all platforms. Horizon Festival participants can anticipate exploring beloved locations from past "Evolving Worlds" updates, along with some exciting surprises.
