Pokémon TCG Pocket to introduce trading at the end of this month alongside brand-new expansion

Pokémon TCG Pocket's highly anticipated trading feature arrives January 29th! A new expansion, Space-Time Smackdown, follows on January 30th.

Get ready to trade! The new trading feature, launching January 29th, lets you exchange cards with friends using trade hourglasses and tokens. This exciting addition enhances the game's authenticity, mirroring the experience of trading physical cards.

The Space-Time Smackdown expansion, debuting the next day, introduces beloved Pokémon from the Sinnoh region. Two new digital booster packs feature legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia.

Beyond the legendaries, popular Pokémon like Lucario and the Sinnoh starter trio (Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup) join the roster. These can be obtained through Wonder Pick and standard booster packs.

This update promises to be a hit, especially with the addition of long-awaited Pokémon. While some initial concerns about the trading mechanics exist, developers have committed to ongoing adjustments.
