The only way for Pokemon GO players to catch Dhelmise is by participating in 3-Star Raids featuring the Sea Creeper Pokemon as a boss during the Beloved Buddies event. You'll need to defeat Dhelmise in these raids to have the chance to catch it afterward.

Dhelmise’s Weaknesses & Resistances

Dhelmise, a Grass- and Ghost-type in Pokemon GO, is vulnerable to Fire-, Dark-, Ice-, Ghost-, and Flying-type attacks, which deal 160% super-effective damage. It's 63% resistant to Grass-, Water-, Electric-, and Ground-type attacks, and 39% resistant to Fighting and Normal types.

Can Dhelmise Be Shiny?
