Crab Cages are readily available throughout Fisch, typically near merchants. An exception is Mushgrove Swamp, where they're found near the watchtower. Locations include:

They're found on the ground; simply target them to purchase. Multiple cages can be bought at once. Each Crab Cage costs a mere 45 C$.
