The highly anticipated return of Verdansk to Call of Duty Warzone is slated for March 10, 2025. Activision's initial announcement last August only offered a vague "spring 2025" timeframe. However, a recent pop-up on the Call of Duty shop confirms the March 10th date, showcasing "The Verdansk Collection" and a countdown timer (thanks to InsiderGaming).

The pop-up features a teaser image depicting a snowy alpine landscape with pine trees, a dam, and a crashed plane – iconic elements of the original Verdansk map before its replacements. Currently, access to this classic map is limited to Call of Duty Warzone Mobile.

This news will be a welcome surprise for fans, especially considering the 2021 statement declaring the original Verdansk map permanently removed.
