All Romance Options in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Beyond the bathhouse encounters, six primary romantic interests await Henry: Rosa, Klara, Lousy Mary, Johanka, Black Bartoush, and Doubravka. While most offer fleeting encounters, some feature deeper questlines.

One-Night Stands

• Doubravka: During the "Wedding Crashers" main quest, speak to Doubravka's mother near the courtyard. Accept her invitation to dance with Doubravka and select these dialogue options: "Don't worry about the people," "You dance like an elf," and "I see. Let's go then."

• Black Bartoush: In Trosky Castle during the "For Victory!" quest, talk to Black Bartoush. Choose: "I reckon I know what you're getting at," and "Shall we spend the rest of the evening alone?"

• Johanka: Also during "For Victory!", speak with the widow Johanka. Select: "I'll be glad to tell you what happened," "It was a lovely day for bathing," "They almost killed us," and "I think I can convince you."

• Lousy Mary: In Kuttenberg City, after completing "Into the Underworld," speak with Lousy Mary and suggest a drink.

• Bathhouse Ladies: Major settlements have bathhouses. Paying for their services provides clean clothes and the "Time Well Spent" buff (+1 Strength, Agility, and Vitality). This buff is granted for any NPC encounter, not just bathhouse ladies.

Romancing Klara

Klara's romance involves a more substantial questline. After the duel with Michael in the "Back in the Saddle" quest, speak with Klara. Tell her about the knights, leading to an invitation for herb picking. Choose: "I can't say no to a comely lady," and "I think she's called Klara."

After the pistol tutorial, help Klara at the jail cells (persuade the guard or fight him). Treat Mark (Schnapps and a bandage) and Zwerk (Schnapps, bandages, wine, and chamomile brew) in the prison. Finally, visit Klara at her house.
