Exciting news for Disney fans! The Lion King ride, set to open at Disneyland Paris, has unveiled stunning new images, detailed plans, and a construction start date slated for Fall 2025. This attraction will be a highlight of the transformed Walt Disney Studios Park, soon to be renamed Disney Adventure World.

The Lion King-themed land promises to be a major attraction, featuring a water ride that will take guests on a journey through iconic scenes from the beloved 1994 film. The centerpiece of the land will be a majestic 120-foot-high Pride Rock. Visitors can also look forward to a range of dining options, shopping experiences, character meet-and-greets, and more.

While an exact opening date hasn't been set, The Lion King ride will follow the debut of World of Frozen in 2026. This ride is part of the expansive Disney Adventure World, which will significantly increase the park's size.

In addition to The Lion King ride, Disney Adventure World will feature other exciting attractions, including the Raiponce Tangled Spin ride, with Mandy Moore reprising her role as Rapunzel, and the first-ever attraction themed after Up. This new ride will be a spinning carousel offering panoramic views of the park's beautiful landscapes.
