Your job in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 starts off simple: deliver a letter. But as you soon find out, it's anything but straightforward. Your initial mission takes you to a wedding, and here's a detailed guide on how to navigate through it.

Getting Into the Wedding in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

There are two primary paths to gain entry to the wedding in Semine in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. You can either speak with the miller Kreyzl, who is located far to the south, or you can choose to talk to the blacksmith Radovan in Tachov.

No matter which character you choose to approach, you'll have access to a bed and a chest, making your rest and exploration within the open world much easier. Each NPC will assign you different tasks, but both paths lead you to the wedding in Semine. Choose the character that resonates with you and follow their questline.

For my playthrough, I opted for Radovan, so I'll detail his quest steps below.

Learn Blacksmithing

Upon your first encounter with Radovan in Tachov, you'll need to demonstrate your blacksmithing skills. The tutorial involves heating the metal, shaping it, and tempering it into a weapon. It's straightforward but essential.

Once you've completed the tutorial, you'll officially become Radovan's blacksmith apprentice, gaining access to a sleeping space in the backroom and the anvil, allowing you to forge items at your convenience.

Help Radovan Look For His Cart

After earning Radovan's trust, engage with him the next day to discuss a more intriguing task. He'll inform you that two of his helpers were supposed to deliver goods to Semine but haven't returned. Your mission is to investigate their whereabouts.

Travel south to Semine to initiate a cutscene, introducing you to Lord Semine and his guard, Gnarly. You'll embark on a quest with them to locate the cart. Before setting out, check with the stablehand to recover Henry's lost horse, Pebbles. If your Speech skill is high and you're dressed appropriately, you might reclaim Pebbles for free, significantly easing your travels.

Follow the quest markers to find the cart, where you'll encounter bandits. After resolving the situation, return to Semine and optionally report back to Radovan in Tachov.

Forge a Sword For the Wedding

As the wedding approaches, your next task is to forge a sword as a wedding gift for Lord Semine's son. Radovan will instruct you to retrieve the hermit's sword.

Before heading out, gather more information about the hermit from the innkeeper, who mentions the hermit's alleged dealings with the devil. Then, proceed to Apollonia to collect the necessary items for the quest.

Bathe and Clean Up

To gain entry to the wedding venue in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you must meet one final requirement: personal hygiene and appearance. A trough can suffice for cleaning up, but for the best results, opt for a bath at a bathhouse. Dress in your finest attire and equip as many accessories as possible, such as rings and spectacles.

By ensuring you look clean and well-presented, you'll pass the final check to enter the wedding and continue the story.
