GTA 5: Get Changed Into a Smart Outfit

Michael's Wardrobe

To get changed into a smart outfit, players should head back to Michael's house, which is marked by a white house icon on the in-game map. Once you arrive, ascend the stairs to the second floor, navigate through the bedroom, and enter the closet. Here, you'll see a prompt in the top-left corner of the screen to change clothes. Select this option to access the clothing categories.

Navigate to the Suits category, which is the second option from the top. For the quickest and most straightforward approach to getting a smart outfit, go to the Full Suits category at the top of the list and choose either the Slate, Gray, or Topaz Suit. Any of these suits will be considered "smart" and will allow you to proceed with the next Lester mission immediately after equipping one.

Alternatively, if you're interested in purchasing a new smart outfit, you can visit one of the three Ponsonbys locations, which are high-end clothing stores in GTA 5. These locations are marked on the in-game map, and each store features a suit display for browsing.

However, it's important to note that not all suits from Ponsonbys are deemed "smart" by Lester. Players might find that even after purchasing and wearing a suit from these stores, they are still unable to start the next mission. Therefore, to save both time and money, it's recommended to use one of the suits already available in Michael's wardrobe.
