Genshin Impact Unveils Yumemizuki Mizuki in 5.4 Update
Genshin Impact Version 5.4: Introducing Yumemizuki Mizuki, a 5-Star Anemo Catalyst
Yumemizuki Mizuki, a new 5-Star Anemo character from Inazuma, is set to debut in Genshin Impact's Version 5.4. Following the Natlan storyline conclusion in Version 5.3, this update offers a smaller Inazuma-focused adventure, centered around a yokai-themed Flagship Event with Yae Miko playing a prominent role.
Mizuki, heavily rumored since late 2024, is confirmed as Inazuma's first Standard Banner 5-Star character. Beta testing revealed her kit: a 5-Star Anemo Catalyst, she functions as a premium version of Sucrose, incorporating healing capabilities. While Sucrose might excel in specific situations, Mizuki's versatility makes her a valuable asset in many Taser teams.
Mizuki's official reveal, slightly delayed, unveiled her as a psychologist and the majority owner of Aisa Bathhouse, a tapir yokai. Her friendship with Yae Miko suggests a significant role in the Version 5.4 Flagship Event, further supported by the inclusion of a dedicated Story Quest for her.
Yumemizuki Mizuki Details:
- Title: Embrace of Enchanting Dreams
- Rarity: 5-Star
- Vision: Anemo
- Weapon: Catalyst
- Constellation: Tapirus Somniator
Version 5.4's Event Banners will feature Mizuki and Wriothesley in the first half, followed by Furina and Sigewinne in the second. Note that Mizuki will join the Standard Banner after Version 5.4; collectors should prioritize acquiring her Signature Weapon.
Version 5.4 presents a scaled-down update compared to the content-rich Version 5.3. It includes only one new character, one Story Quest, and no new Artifact Domain or map expansion. Consequently, the Primogem reward pool will be smaller than usual. Players should strategically save their Lantern Rite rewards for Version 5.4, particularly if they aim to obtain highly sought-after Fontaine characters like Furina or Wriothesley, unless Version 5.3's Chronicled Banner offers a compelling alternative.
