New Game Unveiled: Image Releases from Ghostrunner Creators

One More Level, the studio behind the acclaimed Ghostrunner series, has revealed a new project: Cyber Slash. Known for their fast-paced, brutal action games, One More Level is branching out with this title, set in a dark, alternate-history Napoleonic era.

While the studio is also developing Project Swift (slated for a 2028 release), the newly unveiled image strongly suggests a focus on Cyber Slash.

Cyber Slash promises an epic, action-packed experience, reimagining the early 19th century with legendary heroes battling unknown, terrifying forces. The gameplay, while retaining elements of precision and weak point targeting familiar to fans of the Ghostrunner series (such as parrying), will depart from the Souls-like formula. A key innovation will be the protagonist's evolution through mutations throughout the game. This intriguing twist suggests a unique and challenging gameplay loop.
