Freedom Wars Remastered: Where To Get More Combat Items

Freedom Wars Remastered offers diverse loadout customization options. While weapons and Thrones are less frequently swapped, Combat Items, being consumable and finite resources, require strategic management.

Completing operations occasionally yields Combat Items, but rarely in sufficient quantities. Initially, only one Combat Item can be equipped. This guide addresses both these limitations.

How To Equip More Combat Items In Freedom Wars Remastered

Increasing your Combat Item capacity necessitates obtaining specific Entitlements. In your cell, access the Window On Liberty and select "Claim Entitlements." Navigate to the Equipment section, then to the right, locating the "One-Item Permit." Subsequent permits, obtainable one after another, increase your maximum equipped Combat Items to four.

Story progression unlocks these permits, with all four available by CODE level 3. Each permit unlocks only after purchasing the preceding one. Equipping a Combat Item automatically equips your entire stack; equipping a Frag Grenade, for instance, utilizes your entire current supply at the operation's start.

Your Accessory slot also allows for a single Combat Item, deployed at your discretion.

After the initial missions, The Warren HUB area unlocks, containing Zakka's store. Besides weapons, Zakka offers "Buy Items," categorized as Munitions and Medical Supplies.

  • Munitions: Directly damage enemies.
  • Medical Supplies: Healing, ailment cures, ammunition replenishment.

Combat Items are individually priced; bulk purchases consume significant Entitlement Points. Donating excess resources is advisable only when needing large quantities of Medkits, for example. While Operations sometimes reward Combat Items, this isn't a reliable farming method due to completion time and the potential for consuming more than you gain.
