Fake Elden Ring Nightreign Invitations Target Players

Author : Emma Update : Feb 14,2025

Bandai Namco is sending out emails inviting players to a closed beta test for Elden Ring: Nightreign, scheduled for February 14-17, 2025. The test will focus on the game's three-player cooperative mode.

However, be warned! Due to the game's popularity, fraudulent invitations are circulating. Scammers are sending emails mimicking official Bandai Namco notifications, containing links to fake websites designed to steal player accounts. These sites often resemble Steam.

Players are urged to exercise caution with any unsolicited links. Always verify the sender and website legitimacy before clicking. If in doubt, contact official Bandai Namco channels.

Another key change for the Nightreign beta: in-game messaging has been disabled. Project director Junya Ishizaki explained this decision, stating that the approximately forty-minute session length doesn't allow sufficient time for players to send or read messages effectively. Therefore, the feature has been temporarily removed for the beta test.
