Head northwest from Shucho's location, crossing the bridge to reach the Kojo ruins. Mucho has disguised herself as a family jochu to get close to her targets. After dealing with the previous targets, you'll face Kacho, the leader of the Butterfly Collector. She's located just north of the Nishinomaru Garden, west of Osaka Castle, in a restricted zone. Approach cautiously, and when you see a flurry of butterflies, you'll know you're close. Engage her in conversation, then prepare for a fierce battle to the death. Kacho's demise will reveal the final piece of the puzzle.

Gamemaker

Your final target is the Gamemaker, who initiated the butterfly collecting quest. Return to her marked location on the map.
