Breath of the Coven	Applying a Witchcraft Effect (Eldritch, Psyche, or Growth & Decay) that deals damage or applies Crowd Control boosts Attack Speed by X for 10 seconds, stacking once per effect. At Rank 8: 40% Lucky Hit chance when bonuses from all three Witchcraft types are active.
