Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a toxic gas-filled facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breach and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, ascend the stairs, and find the elevator in the central area.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Defeat them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.

Locating the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift"). More zombies await. The yellow card is held by a mannequin which transforms into an abomination upon approach. Before engaging, collect armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card from its remains.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to return to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility using the grappling hook from near the security desk. Another phone call initiates a document-finding puzzle.

Four documents are scattered: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a central table near a noticeboard, and the last in the cafe near a sink. Place them in the file display area. A red mannequin attacks; subdue it with the grappling hook until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to acquire the Green Card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the ringing phone. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue Card. A Mimic will spawn; lure it out by shooting moving objects to defeat it and obtain the Blue Card.

Confronting the Mimic

The Mimic's ability to disappear requires strategic shooting of moving objects to trigger its transformation and vulnerability.

Securing the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets and stairs. Locate a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interacting with the console reveals the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, jump into the pool, and swim through a red tunnel. Climb the ladders, clear zombies, and unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code. Complete a timed drain switch puzzle (three switches total). After draining the water, confront and defeat the Mangler and its horde to get the Red Card.

Defeating the Disciple

Return to the security desk, insert all four cards, and take the elevator. Fight off zombies. Answer the red phone in the BioTech room, engage the final horde and the Disciple. The ensuing cinematic reveals the entire encounter as a hallucination.
