Available Services by State:

Gringo's IPVA, licensing, and digital CRLV services are currently available in SP, MG, SC, PR, RS, DF, ES, BA, GO, MA (IPVA, licensing, and CRLV-e) and RJ, RO, MS, and PE (IPVA, licensing). Expansion to other states is planned.

Legal Compliance:

Gringo is authorized to pay traffic fines and other vehicle-related debts, accredited by the National Traffic Secretariat (SENATRAN) in accordance with Ordinances No. 1317/2020, 658/2023, and 149/2018. This allows direct accreditation with State Traffic Departments, State Treasury Departments, and other relevant bodies.

Data Sources:

Gringo collects driver and vehicle data from publicly available information provided by state agencies (such as DETRANs in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, etc.) and national agencies (such as SENATRAN), as detailed in Gringo's Privacy Policy. Data sources include: detran.sp.gov.br, www.detran.mg.gov.br, www.detran.ba.gov.br, detran.es.gov.br, www.detran.rj.gov.br, www.detran.df.gov.br, www.detran.ma.gov.br, www.detran.rs.gov.br.
