How to Play FantaLVF:

1. Team Creation: You start with 100 credits to select a 12-player team.
2. Player Value: Each player has a credit value.
3. Scoring: Your team's score is based on real-life player statistics from the LVF league.
4. Captain & Bench: Your captain's score is doubled, while bench players receive half points.
5. Trades: Make player trades between game days. Release players to recover their credit value and acquire new ones.
