• GOMOKU Freestyle: Victory goes to the first player forming an unbroken line of five or more stones horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
• CARO (Blocked Rule - Gomoku+): To win, a player must create an unbroken line of five stones; lines blocked on both ends (e.g., XOOOOOX or OXXXXXO) do not count.
• GOMOKU Standard: The first player to achieve an unbroken line of five stones horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins. Overlines (lines of six or more stones) do not constitute a win.
• RENJU: Addressing the inherent Black (first player) advantage in Gomoku, Renju incorporates additional rules: Black is prohibited from creating double-threes (two separate three-stone lines), double-fours (two separate four-stone lines), or overlines (six or more consecutive stones).
