Los fans de Nintendo están contraatacando a los revendedores inundando sitios de subastas con publicaciones falsas de la Nintendo Switch 2, oscureciendo intencionalmente los anuncios reales de reventa.

Decenas de reservas de Nintendo Switch 2 han aparecido en plataformas como eBay, con precios que van desde $500 hasta un escandaloso $2,000.

Anteriormente, los fans de Nintendo en EE.UU. se organizaron contra los retrasos en las reservas y los precios inflados en eBay. Ahora, con menos de 40 días para el lanzamiento de la Switch 2 el 5 de junio, los revendedores pueden anunciar consolas legalmente siempre que especifiquen que "los pedidos se enviarán en un plazo de 40 días hábiles".

El contraataque liderado por los fans implica publicar anuncios de apariencia realista al precio minorista, empujando las subastas de revendedores más abajo en los resultados de búsqueda, donde son más difíciles de encontrar.

Algunos anuncios son deliberadamente engañosos, como uno titulado "Nintendo Switch v2 consola de videojuegos PREORDER" con precio de $450.

La letra pequeña revela la verdad: "RESERVA CAPTURA DE PANTALLA Nota: Estás comprando una imagen de la Nintendo Switch 2. Este anuncio es para combatir bots y revendedores. Sin reembolsos. Sin cancelaciones. > Recibirás una imagen PNG de una Switch 2. No incluye la consola."

Los compradores astutos pueden reconocer estas publicaciones de protesta por frases como "lee la descripción" en el título.

Un anuncio particularmente descarado de $550 afirma: "NO compres esto, repito NO LO COMPRES a menos que seas un bot o quieras donarme $550. Enviaré una imagen impresa con láser del bundle Switch 2 Mario Kart World y eso es todo lo que recibirás. SIN REEMBOLSOS. SIN. REEMBOLSOS. SIN REEMBOLSOS."

Otra subasta de $499.99 declara abiertamente: "Este anuncio es por una foto impresa de mi reserva confirmada de Nintendo Switch 2. Recibirás una foto impresa, doblada y enviada en un sobre normal. NO es la consola. Sin reembolsos, sin devoluciones. Abajo los bots."
