Nach Angaben des globalen PR-Managers Tobias Stolz-Zwilling werden Spielrezensionscodes in den kommenden Tagen nach dem Gold-Master-Status des Spiels Anfang Dezember verteilt. Um Rezensenten und Streamern ausreichend Zeit für die Vorbereitung zu geben, werden diese Codes vier Wochen vor der Veröffentlichung erwartet.
Interessanterweise werden erste Vorschauen, die auf dem Review-Build basieren, eine Woche nach der Codeverteilung verfügbar sein.
Die Verschiebung des Veröffentlichungsdatums auf den 4. Februar 2025 zielt darauf ab, zum Auftakt des neuen Jahres ein ausgefeiltes Spielerlebnis zu bieten. Dadurch wird auch strategisch vermieden, mit den Februar-Veröffentlichungen von Assassin's Creed Shadows, Avowed und Monster Hunter Wilds zu konkurrieren.
Das Spiel wird auf PC, Xbox Series X/S und PS5 verfügbar sein. Konsolenspieler können sich auf Optionen mit 4K/30 fps und 1440p/60 fps freuen, inklusive PS5 Pro-Optimierung.
