Marvel Contest of Champions (MCOC) has kicked off 2025 with a bang, introducing new Champions, quests, a revamped Summoner's Sigil market, and a thrilling Wakandan storyline. The year started with the annual Summoner's Choice Champion Vote – don't forget to cast your vote on MCOC's X account! Additionally, a new Deathless trailer featuring Thanos has dropped, continuing the epic Deathless Saga. Check out the trailer below!
The Mausoleum, a permanent quest, is now available. After defeating four Deathless foes, players must prove their worth to Deathless Thanos.
New Wakandan Champions Join the Fray
Two new Champions, hailing from Wakanda, are joining the roster:
- Okoye: The formidable General of the Dora Milaje arrives on January 16th, bringing her unparalleled skill and wisdom to the battle.
- Gentle: This mutant, introduced on January 30th, possesses a tragic past and the ability to enhance his strength with Vibranium tattoos.
With these additions, your Champion roster will be more powerful than ever!
New Challenges and Rewards
Gentle's arrival introduces a stealth mission centered around the sudden disintegration of Vibranium. Meanwhile, Okoye confronts the Deathless, battling dark doppelgangers who have stolen Wakandan artifacts for a sinister ritual.
The Death Drive Event allows players to earn Kimoyo Beads, crucial for tracking down the stolen artifacts and unlocking rewards within the Vault of Strength, Vault of Violence, Vault of Conviction, and Vault of Rage.
Summoner's Sigil Relaunches
The Summoner's Sigil market is getting a refresh on January 27th, offering new content within its monthly subscription.
